SCREEN GFX MOOD BOARD

LAB SCREENS
THIS WIP DEMONSTRATES A POTENTIAL LOOK (TECHY-HOLOGRAM) THAT WE ARE EXPLORING.
THE ARM IS 3D AND FULLY RIGGED FOR ANIMATION, SO IT CAN MOVE ITS FINGERS, WRIST (HOLD AN EGG) ETC.
WE SHOW A TECHY INTERFACE THAT IS INTENDED TO BE MEASURING ALL THE MOVEMENTS OF THE HANDS JOINTS AND FINGERS.
A NEW VERSION WILL HAVE LITTLE DATA READ OUTS THAT MOVE WITH EACH “DOT” THAT DISPLAY EACH POSITION IN 3D SPACE.
SUGGESTING TESTING OF THE MOVEMENT IS HAPPENING…
WE WILL PROVIDE SEVERAL VARIATIONS FOR THESE ARM SCREEN, AND ALSO FOR BKG SCREENS IN THE LAB, WE COULD HAVE OTHER BODY PARTS AS WELL (HEAD, FOOT, ETC).
AND FOR ABI’S PRESENTATION ON THE BIG SCREEN CONFERENCE, WE’LL HAVE A MORE COMPLEX VERSION TO SHOW OFF HER ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
NOTE: WE WILL HAVE MORE TECHY STUFF AROUND THE EDGES OF THE FRAME, TO SUGGEST ANALYSIS, DESIGN, ETC (SEE SAMPLES BELOW)
WIP FOR EGG SCENE - WE CAN SEE THE EGG GET BROKEN, AND SENSORS SHOWING WARNINGS OF ‘ERRORS’ WITHIN THE HAND THAT RESULT IN THE EGG BREAK (THERE WILL BE MORE TECHY STUFF ON SCREEN AS WELL - SEE BELOW)
WIP TO DEMONSTRATE THE RIGGED 3D ARM MODEL, AND THE MOVEMENTS WE CAN ACHIEVE (ESSENTIALLY, ANY MOVEMENT). WE CAN EMULATE WHAT THE PROSTHETIC ARM IS DOING IN EACH SCENE.
TECHY SAMPLES FOR EDGES OF SCREENS
OUR LAB SCREENS ABOVE ARE JUST THE FIRST “LAYER” OF DETAIL - WE WILL BE ADDING MORE TECHY STUFF TO THE EDGES OF THE FRAME, TO SUGGEST ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF THE T.I.M. BODIES.
SELF-DRIVING CAR SCREEN
THIS WIP, HAS A SIMPLE, MINIMAL INTERFACE, WHICH DISPLAY MOST OF THE ELEMENTS THAT CUTTING-EDGE AUTO-PILOT CARS FEATURE (TESLA, BMW, VOLVO).
BUT WE ALSO INCORPORATE ELEMENTS FROM THE SCRIPT (AN AUTO PILOT FACE THAT APPEARS HAPPY, UNTIL IT IS MENACING, SUCH AS PAUL’S CRASH).
ALSO FROM THAT SCENE, WE SEE A “MANUAL OVERRIDE” BUTTON, AND ALSO A NOTIFICATIONS MODULE, WHICH CURRENTLY READS “AIRBAGS ACTIVE” - IT WILL CHANGE IN THAT SCENE, OF COURSE.
WE WILL SEE THE SAT NAV MAP MOVE, AS EXPECTED, AS WITH SPEED, TIME, ETC.
THE SMILEY FACE IS ONE WAY TO ANTHROPOMORPHISE THE CAR, WHEN IT SPEAKS. WE COULD HAVE THE MOUTH MOVE, OR JUST HAVE THE FACE PULSE.
THE SMILEY FACE WILL HAVE AN “EVIL CLOWN” EFFECT, WHEREBY HIS SMILE CONTINUES AS THE CAR ACCELERATES
WITH PAUL INSIDE, FASTER AND FASTER, UNTIL THE CRASH.
BLU-BAND
WE HAVE NOT YET STARTED TO EXPLORE THE DESIGN FOR THE BLU-BAND, AND THE SAMPLES BELOW ARE “FOUND”, AS PART OF OUR UI RESEARCH.
A MINIMAL APPROACH TO DATA WILL ENSURE THAT THE GRAPHICS ARE CLEAR AND TIMELESS, BUT ALSO MEANS THEY WILL ADAPT WELL TO ALL SORTS OF INFORMATION. SOMETIMES A LEADERBOARD, OTHER TIMES DEPTH, HEART RATE AND TIME.
WE CAN ALSO DEVELOP ICONS THAT SUPPORT THE NUMBERS/INFO, AND THESE COULD BE ANIMATED SO THEY FEEL QUITE MODERN, BUT ALSO PROVIDE A VISUAL SUPPORT TO TEXT, IN SOME CASE REPLACING IT (AN ARROW FOR DEPTH/DISTANCE,
A CLOCK FOR TIME, A HEART BEATING, ETC)
